It is essential for one to be attentive when it comes to self-care and relaxation and also trying to grow and learn from experience. It implies the ability to be aware of and accept our feelings, rather than deny them, have an optimistic approach to life, and to enjoy life despite its occasional disappointments and frustrations. Environmental wellness gives us the inspiration to live concerning our surrounding and encourages us to live in peaceful coexistence while taking care of our environment. This promotes our interaction with nature and personal environment. Spiritual wellness means knowing which resources and habits to use to cope up with issues that come up in life.
Financial wellness is the process of learning how to manage financial expenses successfully. Money at many times is found to be the leading cause of stress among people. When one is financially stable and able to pay bills, they are always at peace compared to when they are experiencing constraints financially.
Intellectual wellness is one’s ability of open mindness and being able to accept new ideas when approaching a situation, it also involves gaining new and more knowledge through education.
Occupational wellness involves being satisfied in your daily activities, appreciating your contributions towards your job which leads to enrichment and gratification in life in relation to your job. Social wellness is the ability to form relations with other people other than our peers in the society.
It could be achieved through getting enough rest, eating healthy foods, exercise and attending to any sign of illness.
